Informat

InFormat is a file-checking utility that acts as a link between systems that provide data and other systems that need to use that data.

Functionality includes:

• File groups, indicating the location of received files
• Individual files that can be received
• Records that may be present in a file
• All fields within each record and their characteristics
• Writes log entries that indicate the files that have been successfully imported and those with errors
