Having looked for a simple software solution to manage their support calls and not finding anything that met their criteria Datamere created their own! The HelpDesk application works in line with customer SLA's and categorises graphically, differing query types. The system can be optimised by the operator to work within customised timescales and email notifications through Microsoft Outlook. There is also an import / export facility that will enable client interaction with HelpDesk in order to track their customer queries. HelpDesk has been deployed on other sites for a number of clients and is now a mature and active effective system.
